ERIN PATA BIO
Butterbean Studios has been creating artwork and packaging for small businesses since 1999. Erin Pata received her design education from the University of Cincinnati, Design, Art, Architecture and Planning College where she studied with professors who had been influenced by the Bauhaus Movement in Germany. She also studied at the Parsons School of Design in New York City as well as the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio. Erin worked as a designer at an environmental design company and at a toy company before taking her strict, uptight, elements of design skills to the agriculture world. It was here she blended them in with her own whimsical, free-spirit, illustration style to create a handmade, homespun, vintage style that maintains a sense of organization and quality. Her favorite clients are small businesses and mom-and-pop shops. She works out of Santa Barbara, CA as well as Kalispell, MT these days.
